3. Use of Services

8. AI System Limitations & Disclaimer

EMSCALE AI may generate:

• ●Automated actions based on rules you set

You agree not to rely solely on AI outputs for:

• ●Medical, legal, or financial decisions
• ●High-risk operations
• ●Compliance-critical activities

EMSCALE does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI responses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if:

Upon termination:

10. Limitation of Liability
