Enterprise Document Automation
Turn DOCX templates into validated, dispatched, fully-audited enterprise documents, at scale.
No manual effort. No quality gaps. No bottlenecks.
Enterprise Documents Shouldn’t Be Manual.
The template exists. The data exists. What is missing is everything in between: the copying, reformatting, checking and chasing that turns a five-minute document into a five-day loop.

From Template to Production.
One engine reads the template, understands its structure, renders the content, and proves the result before anyone sees it.
Six agents, one hand-off chain.
Each agent owns one responsibility and passes a verified artifact to the next. Nothing advances on assumption.
Nothing ships until all eight are green.
Every generated document is compared against its source, gate by gate, before it is allowed to leave the platform.
One spreadsheet. Ten thousand documents.
Connected to where your documents live.
Documents your auditors can live with.
Every render, approval and delivery is attributed, encrypted and retrievable, with personal data handled under your own retention rules.

Answers on template fidelity, validation, bulk runs, integrations and how documents are secured end to end.
No. Your DOCX master stays the source of truth. The platform reads its structure, styles and merge fields in place, renders against them, and returns output that matches the original design, no re-authoring, no proprietary editor.
The document is held. The report names the failing gate, the specific element and the recommended fix. Nothing is dispatched partially. The model is fail-closed, so only fully validated documents reach a recipient.
Runs of tens of thousands of documents are routine. Each row is rendered and validated independently, so a single bad record never blocks the batch, and progress is reported per stage while the run is in flight.
PDF with embedded fonts is the default production output; DOCX is available where downstream editing is required. Both carry the same validation record, and archived copies keep the rendered and source versions together.
From a spreadsheet upload, a CRM or ERP record, or an API payload. Variables are typed on extraction, so a mismatch between the data and the template surfaces before rendering rather than after delivery.
No. Content is processed to render your documents and nothing else. Runners can be deployed inside your own VPC, encryption keys stay under your control, and retention follows the policy you set per document class.
